Screenshot Agent

The screenshot agent feature can be used to automatically retrieve screenshots. For screenshots to be automatically taken two criteria need to be fulfilled

• The screenshot agent is activated on your account. Please contact your account manager.
• The campaign to be screenshot has the "Automatic screenshots" checkbox in Campaign Basics checked.

Please note following about the screenshot agent:

• The agent will attempt to screenshot the top 20 impression sites of the campaign.
• The agent will attempt to find new screenshots until at least 6 screenshots are taken.
• Some screenshots may appear as broken or ugly. Manual inspection is always recommended.

Known limitations:

• There are no guarantees that the screenshot agent will succeed in finding screenshots.
• The agent is busy finding screenshots for several campaigns. This is a tedious task, and so there is not unusual with a few days delay until a screenshot is found.
• The agent currently does not attempt to screenshot mobile or video ad formats.
• The agent usually has trouble capturing lazy loaded ads.

Please allow for at least 2-3 days to pass for a screenshot to be collected.
