BidTheatre continuously synchronizes user ID's with integrated supply partners. This occurs to guarantee that users are properly identified upon bid requests. User synchronization is usually triggered by the SSP, but may also be initiated by BidTheatre.
Segment and Cookie Group invocation scripts with the default "&output=javascript" set, piggybacks images to initiate user syncing with external supply partners (SSPs).
Users syncs expire every 14 days, upon which a new sync is initiated.
This behaviour is default turned on in ASX, but can be switched off in Config / Network Settings / Initiate User Sync.
In some cases depending on the site configuration the domains used could need whitelisting. We're currently syncing the following domains on segments and cookie groups:
