General Platform Requirements
All creatives
- must comply with applicable law
- must have a clear sender brand in first ad frame
- must be categorized as accurately and truthfully as possible
- must not contain spyware, malware or otherwise behave in a deceptive fashion or have fake functionality
All banners
- must have borders if in white or black background
- may not exceed 30 seconds of animation
BidTheatre prohibits advertising materials within the following content:
- Illicit drugs
- Weapons
- Violence
- Hate speech, racism or extreme political messages
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal goods or behaviour
BidTheatre restricts advertising materials within the following categories, please consult your account manager:
- Tobacco & Alcohol
- Gambling
- Adult content
- Medicine
BidTheatre imposes no maximum weight of banners, but we recommend file sizes or the sum of HTML5 assets to be kept below 150 kb. Larger formats may need up to 250 kb.
Failure to comply with these requirements is a violation of contractual terms and may result in account suspension. If in doubt, always consult your account manager.

Creatives must comply with the guidelines of the marketplaces where bids are placed.
